How will you despatch my order?
We will send your order through the finest international air couriers so that it reaches you in the fastest possible time, at your doorstep. Generally orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of despatch; but this may vary depending on your location and your local customs authority.
   
  How long will it take for my order to reach me?
On receipt of payment, it would take us within 4 weeks to process and despatch your order. However we will see to it that you receive your order at the earliest. (Since most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply). We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.		  
   
  What do you charge for shipping and handling?
All prices mentioned are inclusive of packing, handling and courier charges to any destination in the world.		  
   
  Can we pay in any other currency besides US Dollars?
When you place an order at www.brightemporium.com, the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency equivalent to the US Dollar price of the item ordered.
For example: A customer placing an order for US$ 185 from the United Kingdom will be debited UK£ 100 (equivalent to the existing exchange rate on the day of the order placed).
Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item.
The final price of an item is the US$ value converted to your local currency and is dependant on the exchange rate prevailing between the US$ and your local currency.
This USD value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to Bright Emporium. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. Bright Emporium has no say or control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any).		  
   
  Can I return an item?
We ensure that every outfit at Bright Emporium is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided.
Hence we request you to support our "no return no exchange" policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.
Kindly be informed that Bright Emporium will not be able to refund any online sales at www.brightemporium.com under any circumstances.
Bright Emporium firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that outfit colors seen on a monitor will slightly differ than the color of the actual outfit ordered.
We, at Bright Emporium, endeavor to deliver the latest trends to our customers and make this online venture successful.		  
   
  Is my personal information secure?
Bright Emporium believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on www.brightemporium.com.
It is Bright Emporium' policy to never send / share private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. In fact, Bright Emporium recommends that you adopt this practice in all your Internet activities.
www.brightemporium.com can only accept orders from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, version 3.0 or higher of Netscape Navigator and version 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer.		  
   
  What if I do not wish to purchase online?
Bright Emporium recommends that you place your order online. However, if you prefer to order offline, please print our fax order form, fill in the appropriate details and fax it to us.		  
   
  Can I order outfits from www.brightemporium.com that are not on the website?
Yes. Bright Emporium has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience. We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as:
• You may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at www.brightemporium.com, or
• You have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste.All you have to do is inform us about your requirements by email at info@brightemporium.com
