How will you dispatch my order ? We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of dispatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.
How long will it take for my order to reach meω While most orders which are of standard free size (Size 38) and available in stock are processed and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 6-8 weeks for processing your order. Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.
How do I check the status of my orderω We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. On receiving your order, Bright will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we dispatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online. At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us regarding queries related to your orders and Bright Emporium will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.
What do you charge for shipping and handlingω All prices are inclusive of packing, shipping and handling. But do not include customs duty, if any, as applicable in your country.
Can we pay in any other currency besides US Dollarsω No matter from which part of the world (except India) you place an order at www.brightemporium.com, the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to the US Dollar price of the item ordered. Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item. The final price of an item is the INR value converted from the US$ price displayed on the site and is dependent on the exchange rate prevailing between the US$ and the Indian Rupee. This INR value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to Bright Emporium. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion.
